M&E Project Manager
(London Projects)
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Project Managers to join our London team delivering multi-disciplined projects.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget to agreed standards and ensure the project budget and costs are managed effectively
- Ensure risks are identified and mitigation measures are put in place
- Effectively manage staff performance on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities
- Promote Health & Safety at all times
- Performance management of sub-contractors
- Attendance and input at design team meetings
- Responsible for commissioning and a smooth handover
We are looking for qualified Project Managers with experience of working on M&E projects up to £10 million, and ideally have had responsibility for full contract management.
To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels to develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as share best practice and promote innovation.
M&E Project Manager
(European Projects)
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Project Managers to join our European teams delivering multi-disciplined projects.

M&E Quantity Surveyor
(London Projects)
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our London projects teams delivering multi-disciplined projects.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Develop and encourage project team performance encouraging and ensuring that COLE’s main contractual obligations and or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed
- Complete and submit Business Unit report, monthly MCR, procurement reports and progress reports
- Demonstrate understanding of internal and external tender strategies / build up
- Agree external valuations / cash flow to maximise project value
- Work with the Surveying Manager to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts
- Ensure all COLE subcontract management / process obligations are complete with particular reference to Procurement, Measurement and valuation, Contractual instructions / notices / orders as well as Health and Safety
We are looking for a qualified Surveyor with relevant commercial skills and experience including the ability to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management as well as effectively use / understand financial reports and final accounts.
To be successful in the role you will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with the client, site team and supply chain. You will also be committed to leading and developing commercial site teams.

Administrator
We have a great opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join our office team in London, providing a full range of administrative support.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Compose and send routine correspondence
- Deal with all telephone & email enquiries
- Co-ordinate and manage the diary of the team and organise itineraries and other bookings
- Receive guests/visitors and co-ordinate meeting requirements as necessary
- Create and maintain information on systems, databases and filing systems
- General and ad-hoc administrative duties
We are looking for you to be an experienced administrator with a breadth of experience, preferably gained within a similar environment.
To be successful in the role you will be a great communicator with solid planning, organisational and IT skills, along with a “can do” approach.
In-House Recruiter
Are you an experienced Recruiter, with a proven track record in Construction, Engineering or Maintenance?
Here at COLE we are growing our Recruitment Team and as a result are looking for confident and self-driven Recruiters with exceptional networking and communication skills to join us.
This role will lead on our volume and project recruitment; managing a diverse mix of vacancies at any one time and candidate applications, so will require good coordination and organisation skills.
This is an exciting time to be joining us and with a bigger team we are keen to further add value and bring cost savings across our business, whilst always being focused on providing a positive candidate experience.
To be successful in the role you will be able to evidence your ability to fill vacancies through the use of a range of direct sourcing channels including social media, searching, networking and advertising. You will also be passionate about recruitment and enjoy working as a part of a team to meet objectives.
Please note this is a busy role managing high volumes throughout the year so you will need to be someone who thrives in this type of environment and you will also manage your own administration which includes adding jobs to the system, writing job adverts and reporting.
The role is based at our London offices.
